The estate dates back to the 18th Century. Jonathan Maltus, maker of the cult wine ‘Le Dôme’, takes all that vineyard tradition and combines it with the best of modern, fine wine, wine-making. Made from Merlot accompanied by Cabernet Franc, it is handpicked and aged in French oak for 12 months. The result is this immediately approachable, rich, velvety, spicy, award-winning wine.
